Description of Hotels Catalogue and Hotel Reservation System
Using our Hotel Reservation
System, you can book the hotel on-line.
Step 1
Choose the country in the list of the countries.
Then click on the link.
Step 2
Choose the city where you want to book the hotel
in the list of the cities. Then click on the link.
Step 3
The system gives the list of the hotels, which are available
for booking. Also there is information about hotel star rating and
price (room/night) on the page. Click on the link (the name of the
hotel) to get more information about the hotel you like.
Step 4
Then you can see the hotel`s picture, its address,
location, services and breakfast rate in the opened page. If you
are interested in the hotel, click on the link "Book the Hotel" (for example: "Book
Hotel Maubeuge")
Step 5
Now you can see the form for hotels searching in
our database. You should enter the name of the chosen hotel in the
field "Search for a hotel name", arrival and departure dates. Then
push the "Search" button. When the page with information about the
hotel is open, push the "Book" button.
Step 6
The hotel reservation form is opened. Before you fill it please
read the "Horse 21 booking agreement" " and make a mark to the checkbox "I have read the
"Horse 21 booking agreement"
and agree herewith".
All fields should be filled using the Roman alphabet.
Fields:
- Name of visitor
- E-mail
- Telephone
should be filled. Other fields may be filled optionally.
In "Comments" field you may write additional requirements
and your wishes.
If you are a corporate client the "Login" of the
corporate client should be written in.
Then you should press the "Book Now" and in case that you
haven't already read and agreed with "Horse 21 booking agreement" you should read it and agree with
it.
In case that you have not found a preferable hotel in the on-line
system you can leave your order in "Special/Group Reservations"
section which will be handled by a Horse 21 system operator within 24 hours.
