Also available for the novice gourmet, the CuisinArt Resort & Spa offers cooking classes taught by our Executive Chef, Denis Jaricot. Chef Jaricot, as well as other featured chefs, will teach and delight budding gourmets with classic and contemporary cooking techniques and demonstrations. |

World-class chef, Denis Jaricot, has developed outstanding menus featuring signature dishes for the CuisinArt Resort &
Spa's three dining options; Santorini, Cafe Mediterraneo and the Hydroponic Cafe.
Santorini Restaurant, the resort's fine dining and gourmet restaurant boasts an original French rotisserie and sets new standards for epicurean kitchens. The kitchens are designed with glass walls to offer interested guests the opportunity to observe the chef and his team creating their specialties. Fresh produce selected daily from the hydroponic farm is used in the Mediterranean cuisine infused with the flamboyant flavors and spices of the Caribbean. A balanced collection of wines carefully selected from around the world
complement the gourmet cuisine.
Cafe Mediterraneo, located poolside, is a short stroll from the beach. The Cafe is an ideal place to enjoy a mid-day meal from a menu selection of grilled items, pizza, fresh homegrown salads, seafood, desserts, drinks and specialty coffees.
The Hydroponics Cafe will offer lunch daily featuring personalized selections of the fresh produce from the hydroponics farm for salads, healthy juices, mineral water and wine.
