L'hotel è pulito e la sua collocazione è ottima , tutte le località del centro e iservizi sono raggiungibili con facilità. Il personale della reception è a dir poco di estrema MALEDUCAZIONE !!!!! Evitate di chiedere qualsiasi cortesia compresa quella di chiamarvi un taxi o altre elementari informazioni. VERAMENTE DEGLI INCOMPETENTI e DISINFORMATI !!!!!!!

The days of the holiday I spent in your hotel have left the most pleasant impressions. I lived together with my wife in room 916 from October, 11 till October, 23. Now I am already in Russia, however 500 US dollars which have been transferred as a pledge, for some reason till now are not returned also the bank account is still frozen. I shall be rather grateful for any assistance in acceleration of the decision of my question.
