I checked into my room and left for dinner and when I came back, my room had been ransacked, and the safe was pried out of the wall in the closet, along with my clothes, while my suitcase was used to carry the safe out of my room. There was no forced entry, which means, someone at the front desk collaborated this robbery by providing a key to a hotel employee or a relative.

Dirty sheets on bed, insects in bed, no lightbulb in bathroom. But worst of all, they confirmed my internet booking but when I arrived (too late in the evening to find somewhere else) they charged me ten times the agreed price. I feel cheated and think that the place is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

We are willing to visit Accra for leisure and business. We are two persons, one with Kuwaiti passport and the other with Indian passport. We need Ghana visa which the hotel must provide. We need to know what papers apart from the passport copies you need to issue the visa, how long would it take to issue the visa and what will be the visa fees.
