Staff were unfriendly, rude and arrogant. The restaurant was appalling and a rip off. The rooms were tired, sad looking, the walls are grubby and the carpets scruffy. The photos of this hotel flatter to deceive, its a poor 2 star at best in my opinion.
The a/c in the first room they tried to put us into sounded like a lawn mower and the bathroom was smelly. A sort of stale sewagey pong wafted out when I first turned the knobs of the bath on.
The one redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was good, but I'd never stay at this place again.
Not good, this is not a good hotel at all
I stayed at this hotel for one night, it was the most expensive and the worst hotel , when you look at the picture on the internet it is so deceiving, when we turned up it was like the ghetto the area surrounding we did not even venture to go outside, the hotel room was large but the furnishings were dated apparently it is being renovated, the whole place needs a major makeover we were really dissapointed in the place and it is definitely not a 4 star perhaps a 2 star

regular courtesy bus to and from the airport. Do you know the timetable for this Bus?, I have a great doubt
because My arrival time will be over 23:00 Pm. I am interesting in this hotel but the reference of the free airport transport
is very important.
