Es un fraude!!! Malas instalaciones, mala atención, no sirven los baños, no sirve el elevador. El desyuno incluido consiste en un cafe y un pan a la vuelta del hotel, en un café, donde tienes que desayunar de pie, no hay mesas ni sillas. Al llegar, nos tardaron 2 HORAS!!! en el registro. Pagamos mucho (por adelantado, antes de dejarnos entrar a las habitaciones) por un servicio de muy mala calidad.

Bad choice indeed!!! They will cancel your reservation at the last minute with an excuse, if they will find a longer and gainful reservation. That happened to us 4 friends, during the Maratona days in 2007: after they had confirmed the 1-month-before reservation and validated it even 2 days before the day of our arrival, the morning before they said with a sole E-mail that they don’t accepted us anymore and they received other customers!!! (We kept all the messages, as proof).

Pareja joven feb 08.Hotel reformado hace poco.Habitación peqña pero limpia,nevera,colchón bueno, caja fuerte gratuita y TV con LCD.El baño peqño pero limpio, plato de ducha, toallero con calefación, secador pelo y cambio toallas a diario.Nuestras habitación daba a patio interior por lo que era muy silenciosa.
Desayuno:cafe,infusions,zumo,pan tierno y tostado,croissant,mermelad en buffet libre. Horario de 7,15-9,15.
Al lado del metro republica u numerosas paradas de bus.
Buena calidad-precio.

This was the worst hotel ever! The rooms were filthy, there were stains on the sheets and all over the bedding and there was no heat or extra blankets to make up for the lack of heat even when requested from the hotel staff. The hotel staff were incompetent and were unable to fix anything (heat, television) and could not offer anything additional to make our stay more pleasant. Furthermore, the bed had bed bugs and we returned home with scabies from our stay there. Do not stay here

Whilst at breakfast on the morning of leaving, someone with a key entered our room and stole most of our money.
I would not urge anyone to stay at any hotel where such conduct is apparently ignored whilst head office in Zurich utter the usual platitudes

I discovered this beautiful & traditional hotel when I was unhappy with the one I had booked. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It had an active yet relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was free which was a big continental buffet which set me up for the day. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the attractions, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc.. The hotel was comfortable & the staff were really helpful & friendly which was such a help when travelling alone. I was on a tight budget so it was great when the hotel offered 10% discount to both the restaurants next door!

Es el peor hotel en el que he estado. Y he estado en muchos. Contraté para 4 días, pero me bastó 15 minutos para decidir que me iba a otro hotel. Encima se lo tomaron mal y me querían cobrar de más. No tienen aire acondicionado, el hotel se cae a pedazos, el desayuno es regular. Según me dijeron, el edificio está alquilado, asi que los que lo explotan no se gantan ni un duro en reformarlo. Lamentable que un hotel de estas caracteristicas esté a 3 minutos de la Piazza Spagna.

Hotel Lilium is a real surprise! A little cozy decorated hotel well served from transports and not far from Rome's downtown. Gorgeus ambient of peacefullness served by a friendly and nice staff, ever prompt to help and to let you feel like at home. Tiny rooms but jewel like. We got two rooms, one with a little nice flowered balcony (a must), other with two big windows (nice to see the day life below). Breakfast room simply lovely. Everything is incredibly cleaned up. The only complain is about the empty frigobar (only water) but we feel that they will be fulfilled soon. We will definitely go back to Lilium as our unforgettable home in Rome!

Comentaros que después de todo lo sucedido con el tema de las 3 reservas han sabido rectificar, desde luego no se de quien fue el problema, mío no, eso esta claro y si fue del sistema informatico, deberían tenerlo en cuanta mas que nada porque reciben miles de reservas por internet, y estos problemas los deben de saber solucionar..Más que nada porque te entra la duda del tema reservas por internet y más utilizando la tarjeta de crédito.
Así que lo que decía, la persona con la que trate así como el resto de personal han rectificado y me han prometido devolverme el dinero de mis reservas, aunque para ello haya tenido que remover mar y tierra! Y comentarlo en un foro de opinión..ha servido de algo mi indignación y mi impotencia, pero por lo menos ya esta solucionado y han entrado en razón comportándose como me esperaba tratándose de un hotel de esta cadena.

Este hotel es lo peor... son unos sinverguenzas, me duplicaron la reserva 3 veces cobrandomela en mi cuenta, les pedi explicaciones y Laura la de contabilidad o eso dicen porque vete a saber me dijo que no se podia hacer nada y que me las comía, son unos mentirosos y sinverguenzas a parte de unos mentirosos, el hotel es una porqueria y nos han jorabado toda las malditas vacaciones por Roma SON GENTUZA....NO VAYAIS NUNCA

No son nada serios en este hotel. Te cancelan la reserva a su libre albedrío. A nosotros nos dejaron sin hotel el dia 5 de julio. Teníamos 5 habitaciones para 3 noches a través de bancotel. Lamamos por la mañana para confirmar que llegaríamos antes de las 18:00, y nos dijeron que habian cancelado la reserva el dia anterior, por problemas con la tarjeta de crédito. En el resto de hoteles, cuya reserva se hizo de la misma manera y con la misma tarjeta no hubo ningún problema. Además, según bancotel, teniamos la reserva confirmada hasta las 18:00, y en caso de no aparecer o no llamar es cuando deben usar la tarjeta.
Encima nos mandaron a otro hotel que era una vergüenza, nos tuvimos que marchar de allí. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel por falta de confianza, seriedad y vergüenza profesional.

Staff were unfriendly, rude and arrogant. The restaurant was appalling and a rip off. The rooms were tired, sad looking, the walls are grubby and the carpets scruffy. The photos of this hotel flatter to deceive, its a poor 2 star at best in my opinion.
The a/c in the first room they tried to put us into sounded like a lawn mower and the bathroom was smelly. A sort of stale sewagey pong wafted out when I first turned the knobs of the bath on.
The one redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was good, but I'd never stay at this place again.
Not good, this is not a good hotel at all

I stayed at this hotel for one night, it was the most expensive and the worst hotel , when you look at the picture on the internet it is so deceiving, when we turned up it was like the ghetto the area surrounding we did not even venture to go outside, the hotel room was large but the furnishings were dated apparently it is being renovated, the whole place needs a major makeover we were really dissapointed in the place and it is definitely not a 4 star perhaps a 2 star
