Jordan/Amman/Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel & Towers

I stayed in this hotel feb. 2004. On arrival, the bath towels were dirty. The room service meal had a hair in it and there after I had a painful stomach ache most of the night . IIf not for the pills I had with me I would most certainly had a severe food posining. I order a taxi for an agreed price when I arrived at my destination the driver demanded twice as much - the taxi was arranged by the cocerge. I requested som scrambled eggs for braekfast they came floating in grease, when I pointed out the problem the staff were non- cooperative. I must say, the worst Sheraton I ever stayed in - in fact the worst hotel ever.

To better describe this hotel one has to look at more than just a single incident to set the pace of the review. I stay in the Sheraton Amman frequently and let me tell you this guy could not be more inaccurate. I stay in SPG affiliated hotels across the globe 200-250 days a year and the Sheraton Amman is in my top five list of the best hotels I frequent! One example I accidently left a LARGE bill fold of money in my trousers for dry cleaning , the money returned in full, no reward was allowed. Stay in the Sheraton Amman, best security, nice gym and pool and the best staff. The food isn't the best but what do you expect from a hotel.

I STAYED IN THIS DURING MY HONEY MOON IT WAS THE BEST DAYS IN MY LIFE I LOVE THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE EVEN THE CARE , ATTENTION IT WAS FABULOUS I HAVE IN SO MANY HOTLES AROUND THE WORLD AS EACH HAS SOMETHING DIFFRENT AS THIS HOTEL WAS FOR ME , I WOULD RATE THIS HOTEL FOR 7 STARS AS ITS REASONABLE PRICE THANKS NASSER H.A JAWABREH
