We are a party of three who recently stayed at the Shaftesbury Premiere Paddington and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Our room was lovely, the staff friendly and the hotel exceptionally clean. Our room had two double beds and cherry furniture. We would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Room was tiny, towels stained, drainage pbs in sink & bath, internet broken, Having booked on the internet, and obliged to leave before the 7am restaurant opening, I received a box with 2 rolls, a pad of butter & jelly, suspect salami & cheese. No adjustment possible on the £20 breakfast charge? No sir. I will never return.
