In addition to offering two of the most beautiful golf courses in the area, Seascape has a complete tennis facility with eight lighted courts and five swimming pools. For meetings, conferences, banquets and special events of all sizes, the Seascape Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 500 guests. Cleaning fees are $87.50 for one bedrooms, $95 for two bedrooms, and $120 for three bedroom condos. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
