Value Place is a short term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, and closed on Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
