Value Place has three studio options available - Studio, Studio Sleeper, and Studio Double. Value Place weekly rates include the following services - satellite TV with movie channel, bi-weekly studio cleaning, fully furnished studios with full kitchens, bath linens, utilities, which include electricity, gas, water, and trash. Additional services, where fees may apply, are local and long-distance phone service, high-speed internet access, on-site laundry, Kitchen Value Pack to include dishes and other kitchen supplies, and linen exchange service.
