Value Place is a short term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging and furnished apartments. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay. While many people decide to stay with us for months, many people staying less than one week find us cheaper than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move-in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move-out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Value Place Charleston Northside is conveniently located off I-26. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm, closed Sunday. Saturday check in from 10:00am to 2:00pm. For guests arriving after 6:00pm Mon-Fri and after 2:00pm on Saturday, use the courtesy phone in the lobby and call Ext 500 for the Studio Officer for check-in.
