Value Place provides short-term residents home-like accomodations with weekly rates start at 169.00USD weekly. Children 17 and under stay free with parent or guardian. Must cancel reservations 72 hours prior to 3PM day of arrival to avoid full amount of stay plus tax charge. Our office is closed Sundays, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday. Value Place provides short-term residents, minimum stay 7 nights, home-like accomodations at rates starting at 169.00USD weekly. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels. Amenities include no lease obligations, free utilities, full kitchens in each studio, expanded cable television, interior corridors with elevator, biweekly housekeeping, on-site laundry facilities, and high-speed internet access is available for a nominal fee. HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm, closed Sunday. Saturday check in from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
